The Difference
Transparent Pricing
We price based on a $60/hr labor rate, calculated from our experience to give you a fair flat rate upfront. Minimum charge is $120 (covers the first 2 hours). If a job can't be estimated in advance, we work hourly — $120 for the first 2 hours, $60/hr after that.
All prices assume standard conditions — replacing old with new, no custom modifications or cabinetry work required. We calculate a flat rate based on $60/hr, using our experience to estimate the job. Thanks to professional tools and expertise, we often finish faster than planned — but the price stays the same. If something unexpected comes up and takes longer, we don't charge extra. You pay for skill and speed, not the clock. For larger or complex projects, we provide a free estimate.
Permit Note: Some electrical and plumbing work may require a city permit under California law. It is the homeowner's responsibility to obtain applicable permits. We are happy to advise you on what may be required for your project.
